Tiana Tozer
At age 20, Tiana Tozer’s life took a dramatic turn when an intoxicated driver ran a stop sign
and hit the car in which she was riding. She spent more than month in ICU to date has had 35 surgeries;
it took her four years to learn to walk again. Tiana went on to compete in the Paralympics where she
helped the U.S.A Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team bring home the silver from Barcelona and the
bronze from Atlanta. In 2007, she finally achieved her life-long dream of working internationally when
she traveled to Iraq to run a program for people with disabilities. In 2010, she was named University of
Oregon’s Outstanding Young Alumni.
Currently Tiana works part-time for Incight a non-profit that addresses barriers to employment and
education for people with disabilities and she is also a professional speaker. She is the author of

Lias Mclease-Kelly
Lisa McClease-Kelly co owner of Kelly’s Automotive Service in Medford
and Grants Pass. She is also a Networking expert and Business Coach. Lisa
is responsible for starting 4 successful networking groups in Southern Oregon
and has coached dozens of business owners and professionals in networking, marketing and
relationship building for success. Lisa is a former co host of the Grants Pass Josephine County
Chamber Greeters and she has twice been nominated as “Woman of the year”
Her favorite thing to do, is help business professionals find what they are passionate about and
then create a clear, concise and compelling message to be used in Networking and other forms of
Marketing.
Paul Fattig
Paul Fattig is a former quadriplegic who has written for the Mail Tribune these past 20 years, covering
everything from floods to wounded veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Born in Grants Pass
and raised in the Illinois Valley, he is a Marine Corps veteran who broke his neck in a car accident shortly
after being discharged in 1971. After spending nearly a year in a veterans hospital, he recovered his
walking ability well enough to attend the University of Oregon where he earned a bachelor’s degree in
journalism. He has worked on more than a dozen papers from Anchorage to San Francisco. His work has
taken him from the Arctic to Vietnam. He and his wife, Maureen, lived in rural Jacksonville with their
menagerie of animals. They have five grandchildren.
